InstantInterior AI offers a platform that allows users to upload photos of their rooms and receive AI-generated interior design suggestions. Our designs are concept-level accurate and provide practical inspiration with furniture and decor recommendations. Results may vary and are intended for design inspiration and guidance rather than exact architectural specifications.

2. Ownership and Licensing

When purchasing a design package, users receive full rights to their generated designs for personal or commercial use. However, users do not have the right to resell our AI technology, software, or service itself. All intellectual property related to our AI algorithms and platform remains the property of InstantInterior AI.

3. Refund Policy

Users may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests must be made within this period and will be processed according to our satisfaction guarantee policy.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect personal information such as your name, email, payment information, location data (for furniture recommendations), and uploaded room photos for order processing and service delivery. Privacy Protection: Your original uploaded room photos will never be used for marketing purposes under any circumstances. Only the final AI-generated design outputs from free accounts may be used for promotional materials. Designs from paid accounts are never used for marketing without your explicit written consent.

7. Service Limitations

Our AI generates concept-level accurate designs intended for inspiration and guidance. While we strive for realistic and implementable results, designs should be considered artistic interpretations rather than precise architectural plans. Users are responsible for verifying dimensions, safety, and building codes when implementing suggested changes.

Age Requirement: Our service is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
